Registration Agreement

By checking the 'I Agree' button below, you agree to abide by the following rules, regulations, and/or stipulations.

• By registering for the Empires of Arcadia testing phase, you agree that you are not accepting the invitation as a means to gain early access to the game and are genuinely interested in helping to test the game as-is.
• This is a testing phase. Any and all characters, text, images, and content are subject to change, removal, or deletion at any time and for any reason. This includes all player characters or other player-generated content.
• The administrator(s) of the game reserve the right to censor, alter, ban, or delete any player, player-generated content, or player account for any reason or no reason at any time.
• Players found to be exploiting glitches, bugs, or security flaws in the game without reporting them will be removed from the testing phase and banned from the entire NullDesign network.
• Participating in the testing phase comes with no guarantees - implied, explicit, or otherwise. There is every possibility that your character will be deleted during the testing phase or that it will not transfer to the next phase of testing or final release. Those who choose to test the early versions of the game must play with the expectation that none of their actions will be saved.
• The version of Empires of Arcadia you are about to play is in no way final. It is an early version of the game and may not necessarily represent the finalized product.
• By registering, you agree that you are not a game developer from a competing game or game-development company, a member of the press, a Quality Assurance employee of any sort, a lawyer, or representative of any of the aforementioned.
• For the duration of your visit to any NullDesign website or application, including this website, you agree to give up any and all rights regarding copyrights, patents, trademarks, and intellectual property. The applicable areas include, but are not limited to, forums, chatboxes, and e-mail correspondence with the administrators or representatives of NullDesign or any of its products or applications, including Empires of Arcadia. You may not make any claims against NullDesign or its employees, paid or otherwise, regarding copyrights, patents, trademarks, intellectual property, or other legal claims.
